I personally specialize in Residential Real Estate, Move up and Luxury Homeowners as well as newly constructed homes. I started my career in New Construction and have expanded into the move up and luxury home markets. My in depth knowledge of home construction, has helped all my clients whether buying an existing home or custom designing and building home from scratch.

I am knowledgeable about Energy Star Homes, Insulated Concrete Homes.

I hold both my Missouri Brokers License as well as my Kansas Brokers License.

My training include Management Academy, Relocation Training, RESPA, Brokerage Auditing Courses, and much more.

Background

I graduated from Blue Springs High School and Baker University. My degrees are in History and Sociology, minors in Speech Communication and Psychology with an emphasis in Cultural Anthropology- Basically I studied People!

I am married to a wonderful husband, Darren, with two small children, Brett and Brooke.

My hobbies include reading, various craft projects, cooking (reading cookbooks- which my husband thinks is weird!), swimming, sailing, and spending time with my family.
